Terms and Conditions of the START PACK Program

START PACK program

The MiniCare Implant START PACK program offers partner practices the opportunity to try out the mini implant system and connect to the MiniCare Implant patient management system.

The program is designed to help practices explore the indications for mini implants while receiving marketing support to reach new patients.

Package Contents

The START PACK includes:

  • 4 mini implants
  • 1 instrument tray
  • marketing support for the dental practice

Market value of the package: 300 EUR

START PACK participation fee: 150 EUR

Requesting the Package

The START PACK package can be requested by making an advance payment of 50,000 HUF.

Once payment is received, we will ship the package to the partner clinic.

Terms of Use for the Instrument Tray

The instrument tray provided as part of the START PACK is loaned to the partner practice for the purpose of testing the mini-implant system. The partner practice agrees to choose one of the following options within 30 days of receiving the package:

1. Returning the instrument tray

If the practice does not wish to purchase additional mini implants, it shall return the instrument tray to the provider within 30 days.

2. Purchase of the instrument tray

If the instrument tray is not returned within 30 days, the provider is entitled to invoice it at a value of 380 EUR.

3. Retaining the instrument tray

If the partner practice purchases at least 30 mini implants at a unit price of 19,000 HUF each following the trial of the START PACK, the instrument tray becomes the property of the practice free of charge.

If the practice purchases fewer than 30 implants, the instrument tray remains a loaned item and must therefore be returned or purchased.

Marketing Support

As part of the START PACK package, partner practices receive marketing support aimed at reaching patients who are candidates for mini implants.

The support includes:

1 targeted Facebook campaign in the clinic’s service area
Listing on the MiniCare Implant patient portal as a partner clinic
Listing in the MiniCare Implant doctor search system

The marketing support is part of the START PACK package, so the partner clinic is always eligible for it, regardless of whether they purchase additional implants in the future.

By appearing in the doctor search system, the partner clinic agrees that patients referred through the MiniCare Implant program may be directed to the clinic.

The doctor search system does not guarantee territorial exclusivity; therefore, multiple partner clinics may appear in a given town or region.

Professional Feedback

As part of the START PACK program, the partner practice agrees to complete a brief professional feedback questionnaire regarding their experience with the mini-implant system after testing it.

The purpose of the questionnaire is to improve the system and gather professional feedback.

Eligibility Requirements

The START PACK program is available to a limited number of partner clinics.

Submitting an application does not automatically grant eligibility to participate.
The program organizer reserves the right to review and approve applications on a case-by-case basis.

Participation in the program is conditional upon acceptance of the START PACK terms and conditions.
